Certain services, which you may access via the Application or on the Site, are provided by our third-party partners, and protection of your information relating to such services will be governed by the privacy policy of such third parties. Rumple complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland transferred to the United States pursuant to Privacy Shield. Rumple has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such data. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, Rumple is subject to the regulatory and enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission.

Pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, EU and Swiss individuals have the right to obtain our confirmation of whether we maintain personal information relating to you in the United States. Upon request, we will provide you with access to the personal information that we hold about you. You may also correct, amend, or delete the personal information we hold about you. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data transferred to the United States under Privacy Shield, should direct their query to support@rumple.com  If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.


We will provide an individual opt-out choice, or opt-in for sensitive data, before we share your data with third parties other than our agents, or before we use it for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized. In certain situations, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Rumple’s accountability for personal data that it receives in the United States under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party is described in the Privacy Shield Principles. In particular, Rumple remains responsible and liable under the Privacy Shield Principles if third-party agents that it engages to process the personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Rumple proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

Rumple has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, an alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States. Rumple's Vendors and Providers

Many of the operations we perform require us to hire other companies to help us with these tasks. For example, Rumple retains companies to help us handle email, market our products and services, process credit card transactions, and provide customer service. The companies we retain to help us with these tasks have access to Personal Data to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

Third-Party Companies

We may enter into agreements with companies (including, for example, by way of a co-branded or private-labeled website) that offer their products or services on our Site or Application (“Third-Party Companies”), and you may be asked to transact directly with those Third-Party Companies. As a result, we may disclose your Personal Data to the Third-Party Companies that co-brand their products and services on our Site or Application. Rumple understands that you may want to change or access your Personal Data. To change your Personal Data, sign in and go to your “My account” page. You may submit requests to change or remove Personal Data by emailing support@rumple.com

If you would prefer not to receive notices from Rumple, you may simply opt-out from receiving them by accessing the “unsubscribe” link included within any email and/or contacting Rumple administrators at support@rumple.com Please note that, even if you opt out of promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications.


Cookies

You can always choose to not receive a cookie file by enabling a browser to refuse cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie. By refusing to accept cookies, you will not be able to take advantage of certain of the features and functions of our Site.

Location Information

You may also stop our collection of location information by following the standard uninstall process to remove all of our mobile applications from your device.

Accessing Google User Data

Rumple accesses Google user data, including but not limited to email content and contact information, solely for the purpose of enhancing our CRM functionalities. This access enables our users to seamlessly integrate their Gmail accounts with our CRM, facilitating better communication tracking, customer interaction, and productivity features.

Use of Google User Data

The use of Google user data by Rumple is limited to providing and improving the features and services within our CRM. This includes: Email synchronization for communication tracking. Contact information management to enhance customer relationship insights. Analytics to improve user experience and service offerings.

Storage of Google User Data

Google user data stored by Rumple is protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures. We store this data only for as long as it is necessary to provide our services to our users or to comply with our legal obligations.

Sharing of Google User Data

Rumple does not share Google user data with third parties, except as necessary to provide the intended services to our users, comply with legal requirements, or with the explicit consent of the user.

User Control and Transparency

We ensure that users have control over their Google user data within our CRM. Users can review, modify, or request the deletion of their data at any time. Our platform provides clear instructions on how users can manage their data preferences and consent.

A Special Note about Children

We do not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to Rumple and we learn that the information is of a child under 13, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible.
